A ring crafted by the vilest of fiends can only be used by those who seek a vile goal

Spellcasting Ability. With this ring, the user can cast spells. The users' Spellcasting modifier is 9+their Profieceny+their Wisdom, and their spell attack modifier is Wisdom+Profieceny 

A Living Ring. The ring speaks telepathically to its user. Its voice is low and malicious. It tries to give its user thoughts of death and murder. Its alignment is Chaotic Evil.

The ring will give you a +2 to attack rolls and damage rolls

Bloodthirsty. The ring gives its attuned user the ability to cast spells at any level, however, the ring is powered by bloodlust and will only work when it feels its lust has been sated.

Taking Control. When the players cast a spell using the ring, they must make a Wis. Save equal to their spell DC. Every level above first is a +1 to Wis. Save. If they fail, they will lose control for a moment, but if they fail three times, they will permanently lose control. Only removing the ring from the user and breaking the attunement can save them from the fiend's control.
