A small vial, hanging on a slim, metal chain, with a silver stopper in the shape of a dragon coiled around the glass. The vial contains an oily, dark red liquid, smelling and tasting of burned metal.

While this vial is on your person, you can use an action to open the vial, drink the contents and regain one expended spell slot. If the expended slot was of 4th level or higher, the new slot is 3rd level. Once consumed, it can't be used again until the next dawn.
