You have a +1 bonus to attack and damage rolls on unarmed attacks made while wearing these wraps on your forearms and lower legs.  The wraps are constructed of leaves discarded by the Whispering Alder and have been imbued with ki energy by the members of the Hundred-Trunk Holdfast.  If you close your eyes and focus for 10 seconds, you will be able to hear the wind rustling the leaves of the Whispering Alder as long as you are on the Material Plane.
