Drinking this potion grants 1 minute of absolute control over ones own magic, and their attuned magic items. Creatures with no magic affinity receive no benefit. Control over ones attuned items means removing its limitations, for example- Wand of wonder requires a roll to determine what spell is cast, but after drinking this potion you are able to choose what the wand does.
