This wand has 7 charges. While holding it, you can use an action to expend 1 or more of its charges to cast the Continual Flame spell from the tip of the wand, requiring no material components. You may also cast Control Flames and Fire Bolt for free as an action
The wand regains 1d6 + 1 expended charges daily at dawn. If you expend the wand's last charge, roll a d20. On a 1, the wand explodes in a 30-foot sphere centered on the wand. All creatures in this area must make a dex save. Each creature takes 6d8 fire damage on a failed to save and half as much on a successful one.
