The Crystal of Vost was used by the dragon Vost to turn into a human. It has a notch on the bottom that connects the gem to a staff. 

The crystal has 5 charges per day and recharges each dawn. Once the final charge has been used, roll to see if the crystal breaks, rendering it unusable forevermore. 

The crystal allows the user to cast on of three spells. 

A user may expend one charge to cast Disguise Self.

A user may expend 2 charges to cast Alter Self.

A user may expend 4 charges to cast Seeming.
