Staff (quarterstaff), very rare (requires attunement by a Druid.)

You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

This diseased, rotten looking quarterstaff looks like it should be far too mouldy and brittle to actually be used as a weapon. When a person holds this staff they actually discover that it is very well weighted, and that rats seem to have an unusual affinity to whoever wields this quarterstaff.

Twice per day this staff allows the user to summon 4x Swarm of Rats to a point they can see  within 30ft and it also allows the user to cast the spell blight twice per day with no component cost. While wielding this staff the user can use their action to cast polymorph on yourself at will, transforming into a rat. While you are in the form of the rat, you retain your Intelligence, Wisdom, and Charisma scores.

When you attune and wield this quarterstaff you gain resistance to poison damage and you can use your Wild Shape feature without expending one of the feature’s uses. Once this property is used, it can’t be used again until the next dawn.

Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Notes: Bonus: Magic, Resistance: Poison, Druid., Damage, Combat, Versatile, Topple
