This weapon houses the animal instinct of its first user Thriss Pyrrha, a Yuan-ti Pureblood, and the third daughter of house ____. As a result, the whip will act out as a King cobra would if it possessed the wielders emotional state. 

While dormant, this whip appears as chain links with the mouth of a stylized serpent at on end. 

Poison Drinker

This item absorbs poisonous material to gain one charge. Charges can be used on hit to deal an extra d4 of poison damage. This changes to a d6 at character level 8.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
