Staff, rare

A staff that does nothing, you can use an action to hold up the staff (dramatically) and roll a deception check to trick the target into thinking the staff did something very dangerous. Must roll a 16 or higher, if under 16 the staff is exposed as just a stick. If a Nat 1 is rolled the staff snaps in half.
