While wearing the wreath, you have darkvision out to a range of 60 feet. If you already have darkvision, wearing the goggles increases its range by 60 feet.

When you land a hit on a beast, dragon, or monstrosity of CR 15 or lower, or when grappled, you can use the wreath to cast dominate monster (save DC 17). On a successful save, the target is immune to the effect of the power of the wreath for 24 hours. On a failed save, a shimmering collar or crown appears on the target. If you us ethe wreaths power to dominate another creature while it has already dominated one already than the initial target is no longer affected and becomes free with the knowledge of who charmed it.
