A strange clock worn like a bracer. Strange unknown etchings line the base of the clock, and three needles are visible.
Upon wearing it, you feel a sharp pain in your wrist and forearm. Blood pools beneath you, then stops. You feel the environment around you slow for a moment.
This device can be used to "slow time" for the user but requires a charge to be used (One Long Rest for a Full Charge). If the user activates the clock when it is depleted, they will take 1d4 damage for every 5 feet moved.
When in use, the user will notice the world slow to a crawl, with them moving at normal speed, adding a bonus action to the next move and advantage to any athletic feats.
Upon a failed death save, if the clock has any charge left, the user may use the last remaining charge to resurrect themselves with 3 hit points but disable the clock until the next 2 long rests. If the user dies, the clock will remove itself from the body and await a new user.
This replaces any arm protection on one arm and offers no protection.
This armor is made of narrow vertical strips of metal riveted to a backing of leather that is worn over cloth padding. Flexible chain mail protects the joints.
Notes: Advantage: Athletics, Exhaustion, Incapacitated, Once used enough times, the device grows a mind of its own. Upon using it, allows the user to bring 1 other creature into the "slow time" effect. (Needs at least 12 uses for the attunement affect), Str. 15 Required, Stealth Disadvantage
