The Shadowstalker's Skinning Dagger is a rare and infamous weapon said to be favored by the drow assassins. It is said to be imbued with dark magic, granting it the ability to efficiently skin its victims, as well as a thirst for the blood of the innocent.
Appearance: The handle of the dagger is made of a smooth, black stone that is cool to the touch, even in the warmest of temperatures. The blade is thin and jagged, made from a substance that resembles stretched and hardened skin. The blade glows a sinister red when drawn, and seems to pulse with energy.

Magical Properties: The Shadowstalker's Skinning Dagger is a +1 magical weapon that grants the wielder a +2 bonus to their proficiency when using it to skin creatures. In addition, it has two powerful abilities.
Proficiency with a Dagger allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
