Storm Cloud: Once per day you can use an Action to cast Call Lightning (4th Level) without using a spell slot.

At Home in the Storm: Any creature attuned to this ring gains a +1 Bonus to their Constitution score. If the attuned is a Tempest Cleric they receive a +1 bonus on their Wisdom score. If they are a Storm Sorcerer or Paladin Oath of the Tempest they receive a +1 bonus on their Charisma score.

Only one of these last two bonuses apply in case of multi-classing, it will always be the class the creature had first or has the most levels in. If this is unclear choose the highest score. If the scores are even then the player can choose one of the two options.

While ring needs attunement it does not take of an slot.
