Weapon (warhammer), legendary

This warhammer was forged from the soul crystal of a solar dragon, in fires who tapped the power of The Molten Lords. 

You have a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon.

The Soul of Nelethis can hold up to four charges, and gains a charge whenever you either land a critical strike with this weapon, or land the killing blow with this weapon.

While holding The Soul of Nelethis in your hand, as a bonus action, you can consume one charge of the weapon to gain one of the following effects until the start of your next turn.:

  • Gain +3 to each of your saving throws
  • Gain +3 to your AC
  • Gain +3 to hit with attacks made with The Soul of Nelethis
  • Gain +3 to damage on attacks made with The Soul of Nelethis
  • Fly for 15 feet

While holding The Soul of Nelethis in your hand, you can, as an action, consume four charges of the weapon to point the hammer at the sky, and perform a radiant burst that affects all other creatures within 60 feet of you, with a Dexterity Saving throw of DC15. On a failed save, deal 10d10 radiant damage, and the targets are Blinded until the end of their next turn. On a successful save, the targets take half damage, and are not blinded. Once this ability has been used, the hammer can no longer gain charges until dawn.

The Soul of Nelethis loses all charges during a short or long rest.

Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
