The Sands of Time is a unique and mystical sand clock that holds immense power within. It has a simple and elegant design, with an hourglass made of shimmering crystal and a base of polished silver. The sand within the hourglass is not ordinary, but infused with the essence of the long-dead deity Ulrioka Yama. The sands are said to be able to manipulate time and bend it to the will of its wielder.

When the hourglass is turned over, the sands begin to flow in reverse, and time itself appears to stand still. The Sands of Time allows its master to move and act during this frozen moment, giving them an incredible advantage in battle or allowing them to avoid danger altogether. However, the use of the sands is not without consequence, and overuse or misuse can lead to disastrous consequences.

It is said that the Sands of Time were created by an ancient occultist who had discovered the Lost Citadel, a place of incredible power and mystery. He was able to steal a bag of sand from the titanic sand clock that lies at the heart of the citadel, and used it to create this powerful artifact. The Sands of Time have since passed through the hands of many powerful individuals, and have been the subject of countless tales and legends.

Time reversal (Action): As a standard action a character can turn back six seconds in time at the start of his previous turn. This means all the resources, hp, ammunition, etc are restored to what they were at the start of said turn with the exception of the standard action. After this a whole day is needed to restore the power of the clock.

Time Stop (Action): As a standard action a character can use the clock to gain an additional turn. After finishing said extra turn a character needs a short rest to use this power again.
