Weapon (battleaxe), rare (requires attunement by a Goliath Barbarian)

This magical battleaxe was created in the forge of Kavaki the Ram Lord, creator of goliaths.

Cleave Stone - As an action, you can swing this axe into a nonmagical stone or stone-like surface¹, causing the ground to rumble and a fissure one inch wide to appear. The length and depth of this are both equal to 5 + your level, rounded down to the closest 5-foot increment. If a creature is standing in a space where the fissure appears, it must make a Dexterity save against a DC of (8 + your Strength modifier + your proficiency bonus) or fall prone. Creatures are immune to this effect if they are Large (until 5th level), Huge (until 10th level), or Gargantuan (until 15th level). ¹Whether or not something is "stone-like" is determined by the DM, but the substance should generally be strong and brittle, such as hardened clay or glass. You can use this feature a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus per long rest.

Proficiency with a Battleaxe allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.

Notes: Goliath Barbarian, Versatile, Topple
