When attuned, the Younger Brain flattens and attaches to the back of the user's neck. The user is vulnerable to psychic damage while attuned to the Younger Brain.

While attuned, the user has advantage on saves to maintain concentration. Once per short rest, the user can ‘transfer’ a concentration spell to the Younger Brain allowing for concentration two different spells at the same time.  However, during this dual spell use the user does NOT gain advantage on concentration checks and suffers a -3 penalty to all constitution saving throws.
