As an action you can use 3 charges to cast Dimension Door. As an action, you can use 5 charges to unleash a devastating quick slashing flurry of attacks to creatures in a 15 ft radius centered on yourself, creatures in the area of effect must make a DC DEX Saving Throw (8 + DEX Modifier + proficiency bonus). On a failed save, creatures take 5d6 slashing damage or half as much on a successful save.
