This potion only works on living humanoids.

When you drink this potion, your Strength score changes to 25 and you get +2 to your Constitution for 1 hour. After 1 hour has passed, you become exhausted level 4. You cannot sleep for the next 24 hours. Sleeping after the 24 hour period will put you at exhaustion level 2, your exhaustion can only be fully alleviated by taking another Narcotic Potion of Giant Strength or visiting a healer. 

If this is your 2nd Zhentarim Narcotic in a 24 hour period, your Strength score changes to 27 and you get +4 to your Constitution for 1 hour. After the hour has passed, you become exhausted level 5. The 24 hour period resets after taking the 2nd Zhentarim Narcotic. and you cannot sleep for the next 48 hours. Sleeping after the 48 hour period will put you at exhaustion level 4, your exhaustion can only be fully alleviated by taking another Narcotic Potion of Giant Strength or visiting a healer. 

If this is your 3rd Zhentarim Narcotic in a 24 hour period, your Strength score changes to 30 and you get +6 to your Constitution for 10 minuets. After the hour has passed, your heart will burst from exhaustion and you are dead.
