A small golden Scarab that sits in the palm of your hand, once attuned to the item you become Cursed! the holder hears whispers of a ancient being called for you to "Return to Them" and a scar will appear on the palms of the holder.

Once per day, the holder can ask the scarab one of three things:

• Guidance: you may ask the ancient being for guidance on your path and where to go next (Roll a D20, 1-5 = Fail, 6-20 = Pass)
• Assistance: you may ask the ancient being for guidance on your path and have help with what ever challenge you are facing (Roll a D20, 1-10 = Fail, 11-20 = Pass)
• Interfere: you may ask the ancient being for guidance on your path and have them interfere with what you are currently doing in a dramatic way of your choosing (Roll a D20, 1-15 = Fail, 16-20 = Pass)
