These forearm, wrist and hand wrappings have been curated to enhance a monk's fighting abilities. While attuned to these wraps, you gain a +1 bonus to the attack and damage rolls of your unarmed strikes. 

In addition, as a bonus action, or as part of activating your Step of the Wind, Patient Defense or Flurry of Blows features, you may regain a number of Ki points equal to your proficiency bonus. You can do so once per long rest.
