The skull cap is made of a shiny foil substance that is the thinnest metal material you have ever felt.  The bespoke helm's  fitting and crinkly nature will allow for the SANITY BENDING mind rays of the OK old ones to be captured and spun back to them allowing the wearer ADVANTAGE!!!!! an any Charisma check to ward off their vile thought stinkiness.
