Snowfall. You have resistance to cold damage while you wear this magic robe. If you choose, illusory snow continually falls around you while you are attuned and wearing this robe.
Swirling Haze. You can cast Fog Cloud at will while you are attuned and wearing this robe.
Princess Ice Dance. Using an action, you cause the kimono to emit a frosty aura. While you dance, an icy wind swirls around you to a distance of 5-15 feet (your choice) for the duration. When you use this ability, you can designate any number of creatures you can see to be unaffected by it. An affected creature's speed is halved in the area, and when the creature enters the area for the first time on a turn or starts its turn there, it must make a Dexterity saving throw. On a failed save, the creature takes 3d8 cold damage. On a successful save, the creature takes half as much damage.
