This bracer has a demonic visage of a Tarrasque on it.

While attuned, this bracer absorbs the souls of any creature that perishes within 30 feet. For every 10 souls absorbed, the wearer gains +1 permanent HP. If the wearer is reduced to 0 HP, he has disadvantage on Death Saving throws. If a fellow party member is reduced to 0 HP, they have disadvantage on Death Saving throws. Any soul consumed by this bracer is forever gone and no form of resurrection can bring them back, including divine influences.
