When you attack a creature with this magic weapon and roll a 20 on the attack roll, that target takes an extra 10 necrotic damage if it isn't a construct or an undead. You also gain 10 temporary hit points.
This weapon was made for Enzo X's father. It was last wielded by him when Kajna de la Cerda's troops destroyed their village, and taken as spoils by one high ranking officer. It contains a fragment of the elder X's soul, binding it permanently to the family bloodline. When it strikes an enemy of the X family, it reclaims the life force that was stolen from them and restores it to the wielder as temporary hit points.
Proficiency with a Greatsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Graze. If your attack roll with this weapon misses a creature, you can deal damage to that creature equal to the ability modifier you used to make the attack roll. This damage is the same type dealt by the weapon, and the damage can be increased only by increasing the ability modifier.
