Wondrous Item, unknown rarity

This vehicle appears to be uh... You have no clue what it is, weighing 5,137 pounds. The vehichle has a glass dome on the front, which can be opened by simply pulling it back, and closed by pushing it down. (Investigation) check. Releasing the catch unlocks a hatch at one end of the barrel, allowing one Medium or smaller creature to crawl inside. multiple leveers and buttons are set in front of the seat, most in a neutral position, able to move either up or down. When certain levers are used, the vehicle speeds up. The Yak-1B is a Large object with the following statistics:

Armor Class: 20 (18 to bullets, 15 to bullets from another plane or AA)
Hit Points: 200
Speed: (takeoff) Ground 30 ft., Fly 2640 ft (at max speed) gets in the air after 3rd ground movement
Damage Immunities: poison, psychic

To be used as a vehicle, the Yak-1B requires one pilot. While the cockpit is closed, air can still get in for you to breathe. The compartment holds 1 seat, it can hold one medium or small humanoid or 5 tiny humanoids.

The Yak-1B floats on water for 2 turns. It will sink underwater to a depth of 800 feet. Below that, the vehicle takes 2d6 bludgeoning damage per minute from pressure.

A creature in the compartment can use an action to control the plane if it understands the controls, otherwise, it rolls a d6 to determine what action it uses. A humanoid creature with an intelligence of 14 or higher can use 7 days to learn the controls. An action used to control the plane allows 1 maneuver, firing the machine gun, and you must go forward.

Attacking from the ground: Directly below the Yak-1B while it is in the air is a circle with an area of 200 feet, any creature directly below has advantage hitting the Yak-1B, if they already have disadvantage they just roll normally, however the the Yak-1B is sideways all creatures in that radius have disadvantange.
