Wondrous Item, very rare (requires attunement by a Bard, Rogue, or Warlock)

A silvery, metallic tongue that looks segmented by many small metal plates, but feels smooth as silk to the touch.

When a creature willingly attunes to this item it immediately replaces that creatures tongue, which disappears, or replaces it if there was none there. This tongue functions as normal, even in an anti-magic field, and cannot be removed unless the attuned creature un-attunes to it willingly.

A creature attuned to this item can choose to change this items appearance to look like a normal tongue, in addition; as an action a creature can use the effect of prestidigitation to change the flavor of something it is eating or drinking to make it more palatable, this change does not effect poisons or inorganic material.

A creature attuned to this item can cast the Glibness spell on themselves once per day with the duration changed to 1 minute. After that the tongue turns a dark shade of blue until the next dawn.

This item also allows the creature attuned to it to ignore verbal components for spells it casts.

When casing spells that deal psychic damage to a creature, you can add your charisma modifier to the damage

Notes: Bard, Rogue, or Warlock
