When the bell is rung, you turn invisible as an action. Anything you are wearing or carrying is invisible with you. You remain invisible until you ring the bell again as a bonus action. You may not attack or perform any combat-related actions while invisible, though you can still interact with objects.

Whenever the bell is rung, either to turn invisible or become visible again, a loud distinct ringing sound is heard within a 25 meter range. Any creature that knows of this magic item or its effects will recognize the ringing as a signal of the item’s use.

If a bright light is shone upon the user while they are invisible, they become visible and are stunned for one round.
