when attuned, the weapon gains +3 modifier and +100ft range, when it is done attuning you can choose an activation word, when this word is spoken by the one attuned to the weapon, the weapon conjures a magical arrow every time the bowstring is drawn back, when this arrow hits somebody, the target takes 2d10 extra necrotic damage. the weapon can only be attuned to a ranger

This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Slow. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to it, you can reduce its Speed by 10 feet until the start of your next turn. If the creature is hit more than once by weapons that have this property, the Speed reduction doesn’t exceed 10 feet.
