This metallic rod is coated in a layer of leopard fur adorned with a large ruby at its top allows anybody who talks into the ruby to project their voice three times as loud as normal.
While attuned, you can cast Thaumaturgy at will, and The Ruby Rod can be used as a Bardic Focus.

Creator's Notes:  This is based on Ruby Rohd's microphone thing from the Fifth Element.  I added a Ruby to the design for several reasons, but feel free to describe it however you wish.
