Produced by a special needle, this magic tattoo depicts protective imagery and uses ink that resembles liquid metal. Yin is a powerful sealing technique created by Tsunade. Over a period of time, Tsunade will focus and build up chakra in the seal mark on her forehead. The release command will disperse the seal and allow the stored chakra to pump back into her body.

Tattoo Attunement. To attune to this item, you hold the needle to your skin where you want the tattoo to appear, pressing the needle there throughout the attunement process. When the attunement is complete, the needle turns into the ink that becomes the tattoo, which appears on the skin.

If your attunement to the tattoo ends, the tattoo vanishes, and the needle reappears in your space.

Store. Once per day the user cane store any spells, hp, or class abilities.

Release. When released all hp and class abilities stored now are available for temporary use. After the temp hp and abilities are used up the user gains 2 levels of exhaustion.
