This suit of plate armor is crafted from the chitin plates of a Young Remorhaz and houses the burning heart of one. 

You have resistance to fire damage while you wear this armor. This armor has 5 charges and when expending a charge you can wreath yourself in flames, granting resistance to cold damage and causing 1d10 fire damage to creatures that hit you with a melee attack and are within 5 ft. This effect lasts for 1 minute. Upon expending a charge the armor begins to weaken and crack, reducing its provided AC by 1. Once the AC is reduced to 13 the Young Remorhaz Plate crumble to ash.

Plate consists of shaped, interlocking metal plates to cover the entire body. A suit of plate includes gauntlets, heavy leather boots, a visored helmet, and thick layers of padding underneath the armor. Buckles and straps distribute the weight over the body.
