  • Guiding Light of the Departed: When holding the lantern, the cleric can use an action to reveal undead creatures within 60 feet that are not behind total cover. Undead revealed this way emit a faint, ghostly glow, visible only to the cleric, for 1 minute.

  • Soul's Respite: Once per long rest, as an action, the cleric can use the lantern to cast Sanctuary (save DC 15) on up to three creatures within 30 feet. This version of Sanctuary also grants resistance to necrotic damage while active.

  • Winter's Consolation: The lantern's light provides comfort in darkness. When lit during a short rest, the cleric and any allies within 20 feet regain an additional 1d6 hit points when using Hit Dice to recover hit points.

Crafted by a renowned Grave Domain Cleric on a serene, snowy winter night, the Yuletide Spirit Lantern is said to be imbued with the tranquility of winter and the solemn reverence for the cycle of life and death. The lantern is believed to hold a fragment of a star that shone brightly over the world on the longest night, symbolizing hope and guidance in darkness.
