This weapon appears as a simple katana with a bronze guard and a maroon wrapped hilt. However this weapon is also Sentient

This weapon has 10 charges which can be used to access it's Shikai and Bankai forms as well as commune with the two spirits of the sword.

Commune: You expend a charge and can commune with the Spirit inside the sword. Appearing as a tall man with long messy dark brown hair with some tied back into a large ponytail, a pointed beard and deep red eyes wearing traditional Men's Japanese clothing (a deep red Haori and black Hakama) and a Woman with Platinum Blonde Hair and bright green eyes wearing a white Kimono. Both go by different names than the sword, The Man: Kojiro. The Woman: Akami. The area around you is a traditional Japanese Palace, while speaking with Kojiro you appear in the Dojo. For Akami you appear in the gardens. If both speak with you at the same time you appear in the main courtyard.

Shikai Transformation: A broad bladed katana, the blade itself is patterned with lighting, with blue and yellow crackles of energy along it on occasion, (Deals an additional 1d6 lightning damage) Shikai Release Incantation: Strike and Flash! Rakurai! (Costs 1 charge for 5 rounds) (Available from overall character level 10)

Bankai Transformation: (Must pass a DC: 20 Wisdom check. Also Available from overall character level 17) Maintaining it's broad blade it no longer has a guard, the blade extending over the hand to form one, the lightning in the blade now glows and pulses with energy, and the lightning crackling along the blade is more frequent and is now coloured full white, your eyes glow white with lightning like patterns running along your arms, shoulders and neck to your eyes.  (Bankai deals an additional 2d12 Lightning Damage. can be charged an additional d12 per charge you use after activation) (5 charges for 10 rounds) (You treat lightning immunity as resistance and bypass resistance all together)

Full Power: Spending all 10 charges when activating Bankai summons a powerful lightning storm, a swing of the sword allows you to cast the spell Call Lightning on an area, you are immune to lightning damage while using the full power of the Bankai.

Proficiency with a Longsword allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
