This ornate scale can pull the lycanthropy from any individual as if removing the soul from the body. As this wispy form is placed onto the scale the sun at the center of the scale glows a light blue glow and separates the bloodlust from the lycanthropy. You may place the lycanthropy back into the body of the individual you removed it from and they will be in full control over their form. 

When you take the bloodlust from the form of a creature you may choose to turn into the form of the lycanthrope instead of your own lycanthrope form and any and all attacks from those forms are treated as magical attacks.

Once per day as a bonus action you may find the peace within the even levels of the scale and in a 60’ aura you may grant +1 per lycanthrope form on all to hit instances and all attacks damage for 1 round.
