Weapon (warhammer), rare (requires attunement by a Bind yourself to it over a short rest by rubbing your blood into it)

The giant worm, White Willy, seemed to have an innate way to process bloodstone from the earth and bodies it consumed. This refined bloodstone and other minerals concentrate into a hard deposit within a special gland in the worm which can be used as a great hammer upon it's death and dismemberment.

Properties: Two Handed, Heavy

Refined Bloodstone. You have a +2 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this weapon. This weapon deals 1d12 bludgeoning damage plus an additional 2d6 necrotic damage. 

Rupture: You can use your action to slam the Würmstone Hammer down, sending out a resonate shockwave that hemorrhages nearby creatures and sucks at their vitality. Each creature in a 15-foot radius originating from you must make a constitution saving throw. The DC for this equals 8 + your proficiency bonus + your Constitution modifier. A creature takes 2d8 necrotic damage on a failed save and half as much on a success. You also gain 1d8 temporary hit points for each affected creature. You can use this ability a number of times equal to your proficiency bonus, and you regain all expended uses when you finish a long rest.

Proficiency with a Warhammer allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.


This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.

Push. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can push the creature up to 10 feet straight away from yourself if it is Large or smaller.
