You have acquired all four fragments of the reliquary and assembled them into the artifact’s original form.
The Blood of Odalla is a hollow glass statue of the goddess, partially filled with a thick flowing red liquid that gives off light equivalent to a torch.
The item is a thing out of legend. According to House Jorasco and the halflings who worship Olladra as a goddess of healing, centuries ago the reliquary was given by the goddess to a priestess who begged the goddess to intervene in the demonic plague infecting the land and its people. The priestess, whose name has been forgotten, used it to purge the disease from the entire world, at the cost of her own life. All attempts to resurrect her failed.
As the bearer of the reliquary, you are immune to all diseases, magical or nonmagical. You cannot be corrupted by the Blood of Dead Gods and if you have been corrupted that corruption is purged, though this does not affect any physical changes it has made to your body.
You are immune to poison damage as well as the poisoned condition, and you have resistance to necrotic damage.
The relic grants its bearer the ability to cast Lesser Restoration at will.
The Blood of Odalla may be used to purge a single magical disease from the entire world. Doing so is deleterious to both the user and the artifact. The one using this ability must make aConstitution saving throws against a DC of 20. Failing that saving throw kills the user, who may only be raised by a spell of over 6th level or higher.
Whether or not the user dies , roll 1d6. On a 1 or 2 the reliquary disintegrates and can never be recreated by anything less than divine intervention. On a 3 or 4 the reliquary shatters into 1d6 fragments. Quick action may be able to save some or all of the fragments, and could possibly be joined together again.
The reliquary may be used to purge the Blood of Dead Gods from a world but doing so is guaranteed to destroy the user utterly. A user dying this way can only be raised with a Wish or True Resurrection, and either method has only a 50% chance of success. Each may be attempted only once. If both are used within a single round success is guaranteed.
The purge can only be used on any given world one every 100 years, and and it can only be used this way four more times. After each use the Sacred Blood will weaken, as if it lost a fragment, though retaining the purge ability. After the final use it will disintegrate.
Notes: Immunity: Disease, Resistance: Necrotic, Bonus: Saving Throws, Immunity: Poison, Poisoned
