Wondrous Item, artifact (requires attunement)

This mechanical container appears to be able to hold around 4 gallons of liquid and weighs 12 pounds whether full or empty. Sloshing sounds can be heard from within the tank when it is shaken, even if the jug is empty.

Alchemical Creation. You can spend a charge to use an action and name one liquid from the table below to cause the tank to produce the chosen liquid. Afterward, you can release the valve of the tank as an action and pour that liquid out or store it inside, up to 1 gallon per round. The maximum amount of liquid the jug can produce depends on the liquid you named. Once the jug starts producing a liquid, it can't produce more of one that has reached its maximum, until a short or long rest has been completed.

Alchemical Application. Certain liquids may be used offensively. Their potency is proportional to your proficiency bonus and are as follows: acid will deal d6s of acid damage, poison will deal d4s of poison damage, and venom will deal d8s of poison damage. Poison and venom will impose the poisoned condition on a failed Constitution save against your spell save DC. Additionally, the acid and poison may be compacted into a throwable vial. As an action, you may throw this vial onto a 5ft. square within 30 ft. of yourself. Any creatures in the affected area must make a Dexterity saving throw against your spell save DC. The creatures take the appropriate damage and any associated conditions on a failed save, or just half as much damage on a successful one. Venom cannot be used in this manner.

Enhanced Terror. Any saves that you impose against a target or targets to induce the frightened condition are made with disadvantage. Additionally, you can spend a charge to alter a save against the frightened condition to another mental save (Wisdom, Intelligence, or Charisma).

Applicators. A small pair of mechanical appendages are slung underneath the nozzle. These allow the user to apply either the basic poison or venom to any weapon or ammunition as a free action if the chosen liquid has been created.
