This item appears as a small cage that can fit in the palm of a hand and contains a magical sentient bee. The user can cast any spell into the cage and the bee within will immediately change the spell into something the user wishes. Using the item allows the user to alter spell alphabetically by swapping up to two letters with two new letters to change the meaning of its words. For example, you could take fire bolt, place the R and E with S and H and turn it into fish bolt, and then the user would fire up dozens of halibut at their foes and you can use it once per rest.

The Spell Bee can be used once per long rest. After using, roll a d20. On a 1 the cage is destroyed and the bee dies.
