Abilities:

• Luxon’s Insight: Once per day, the wearer can cast Augury without expending a spell slot or material components, as they tap into the Luxon’s ability to glimpse into the weave of fate.
• Conduit of Renewal: The wearer gains an additional spell slot of the highest level they can cast. This slot can only be used to cast spells that restore hit points or remove conditions (such as Cure Wounds, Lesser Restoration, etc.). It can also substitute for material components in any spell, provided the costs are 100 gp or less. This spell slot recharges after a long rest.

Notes: The ring must be attuned by a spellcaster or a follower of the Luxon. During the attunement process, the wearer must meditate under the night sky and allow the light of the moon to illuminate the ring, forging a bond between the artifact and its new owner.
