1. Alone Activation: The T-rex character attempting to activate the map alone must make a Wisdom saving throw with a DC of 12. They roll a d20 and add their Wisdom modifier, aiming to meet or exceed the DC. Success means the character successfully activates the map, while failure indicates that the map resists their efforts, requiring additional time or effort.

2. Group Activation: When two or more T-rex characters work together to activate the map, each member of the group must make a Wisdom saving throw with the same DC of 12. The combined effort and support of the group make the task easier. Success from at least one member of the group is required to activate the map. If all members fail their rolls, the map may resist activation entirely, necessitating a reassessment of the approach or another attempt later.
