The Shadow Cloak has a hooded cowl that covers all but the wearers eyes when pulled up. While wearing this cloak with its hood up, you have advantage on stealth rolls and can hide as a bonus action while in shadows or low light areas. The wearer is also resistant to Necrotic and Poison Damage (automatically halved, if saved zero damage). However, if in bright sunlight with the hood up, the wearer makes all attack rolls, ability checks, and saving throws at disadvantage. The wearer is also vulnerable to radiant damage with the hood up. (Radiant damage is doubled, no save) Pulling the hood up or down requires an action.

 Shadow Form - The wearer can spend a charge to change into an amorphous Shadow Form for up to 10 minutes. This takes an entire turn. If done in combat, it is the only action they can take this turn. In this incorporeal state, the wearer can move through openings as small as 1 inch and is immune to all damage other than radiant. If the wearer enters a sunlit area or is hit with radiant damage, they instantly revert to their physical form. Movement speeds are cut in half while in shadow form.

(It doesn't need to be removed to do this) It must make a "Death Save" or permanently lose a charge. If it ever reaches 3 failed Saves the Shadow Cloak is destroyed., Buff, Movement, Outerwear
