• Zax is a lawful neutral cloak that contains the soul of an overly honest goblin bureaucrat. Zax is maddenly boring to listen to and hates being lied to. While wearing Zax, the wearer gains +2 to Charisma and gains advantage on insight checks. However, Zax also gives the wearer disadvantage on all deception checks and gives advantage to any creature targeted by the wearer's charm spells.
