Za'kyrtz's Heart is a breastplate forged from an ancient wind dragon's scales. The breastplate has its own cloak as well being made up of the wings of the long dead dragon. When attuned to the armor the sound of a calm wind brushes against your ears.

Za'kyrtz's is considered a +2 magical breastplate. Also you gain resistances to cold and lightning damage, all ranged attacks have disadvantage on you.

While wearing the armor you can speak draconic and you have advantage on Wisdom and Charisma checks against dragons

As a bonus action you can unfurl the wings of the cloak gaining a flight speed equal to your walking speed. This last for 1 minute, and you can use this 3 times per short rest.

As a bonus action you can create harsh winds around you, causing all to lose their footing. Within a 20ft radius of you it's considered difficult terrain for everyone except you. Also for every 5ft something moves in the space they take 1d6 lightning damage. You can do this once per long rest

As an action you can wrap an opponent in the chains of a fierce storms. One enemy within 30ft of you must do a DC 18 Strength saving throw or take 3d6 lightning damage and 3d6 cold damage. The target is also grappled and restrained. The target can repeat the saving throw at the end of each of their turns.

This armor consists of a fitted metal chest piece worn with supple leather. Although it leaves the legs and arms relatively unprotected, this armor provides good protection for the wearer's vital organs while leaving the wearer relatively unencumbered.
