ZephyroS, the Raging Blizzard Weap (longbow), Artifact (requires attunement)

Zephyros is one of the nine remaining shards of the iceheart. The iceheart used to be the heart of the last frost giant that walked the northern frozen lands of the continent. The giant was the embodiment and protector of the land. Once it died, the land became more harsh and wild, its inhabitants suffered in the piercing blizzards with barely anything to eat. It is said that the giant's spirit couldn't bear the sufering in its homeland and returned to its body for a fracture of a moment to give the people a way to battle the unforgiving elements. In a split second its heart raised from its chest and cracked. First in two, then four, until there were nine shards. Zephyros is the fourth shard that split off the giant's heart.

You gain a +3 bonus to attack and damage rolls made with this magic weapon. In addition, the weapon deals an extra 1d8 cold damage on successful hit,

Fourth Shard of the Iceheart While you are holding Zephyros, and are attuned to it, your vision cannot be impaired by any type of weather or natural phenomenon (mist, fog, snowstorm etc.).                           The Raging Blizzard

As an action, you can shoot an arrow anywhere within range and call down a blizzard within a 30-foot radius around the arrow. Creatures in the radius have disadvantage on ranged weapon attacks, they have reduced vision to 30 feet, and ifa creature IS flying within the blizzard by non-magical means, it falls to the ground at the end of its turn. Additionally, creature concentrating on a spell in the radius must succeed on a DC 10 Constitution saving throw at the end ofits turn or lose its concentration. The blizzard lasts for up to 1 minute, until you are incapacitated or until you cancel its effect. You have to finish a long rest before using this action again.

                                    Zephyros

As an action, you can invoke Zephyros which responds by releasing the dormant storm within. The next 9 attacks made with Zephyros do not require any ammunition as whenever you are about to strike, an arrow of pure ice enveloped by the energy of Zephyros is conjured ready to be shot. Each of the 9 attacks pierces and strikes every creature in a straight line between you and your target. These attacks deal an extra 2d6 cold damage, ignore damage resistances and have double the effective range. In addition, as the attacks made when Zephyros is invoked are imbued by the raging storms, each creature in the line of the attack (even if the attack fails to hit it) and each creature within 5 feet of them has to succeed a Dexterity saving throw or be knocked prone. The DC of the save equals: 8 + your Dexterity modifier + your proficiency bonus. After you use all 9 shots, the storm released by Zephyros subsides. Once Zephyros is invoked, you need to wait for a week until it can be invoked again.

Proficiency with a Longbow allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
