An 1 ft long arrow with unusual pyramidal tip, made from unknown metal. If any humanoid wears the mystical red fin, it gains control over the Yondu's arrow. Whistling lightly he or she can increase/reduce Yondu's arrow speed. Direction is maintained directly from the mind of a user. Yondu's arrow does 2d8+14 slashing magical damage for cost of 1 charge, if you trigger it by spending 1 action. Also, when user is attacked by bow or crossbow from distance more, than 25 ft, he or she makes a reaction check of DC15. If succeed, attack is defeated by Yondu's arrow, which slashes incoming arrow or bolt to pieces. When red fin is on, you gain blindsight and bonus on dexterity attacks and saving throws, also for cost of 2 charges, you may gain truesight for 5 minutes.
Proficiency with a Dart allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Vex. If you hit a creature with this weapon and deal damage to the creature, you have Advantage on your next attack roll against that creature before the end of your next turn.
