The Scepter of Astral Harmony is an ancient artifact, supposedly forged by celestial beings during a cosmic alignment. Its intricate design combines elements of starlight, moonbeams, and ethereal energy. The scepter is approximately three feet long, with a slender shaft made of iridescent crystal that seems to shift colors as it catches the light.
The scepter has several abilities which can be used:
- Astral Entrance: The wielder can use the staff to open a gate to the astral plane. This use recharges once every 7 days. (Gate Spell)
- Starforged Magic: The scepter allows the wielder to cast several spells as a bonus action. Each spell may be used once per day, and recharges at dawn every morning.
- Blindness Deafness - a bright multicolor light radiates from the end of the center towards the target.
- Shield - a brilliant multicolored astral shield of light protects the user
- Dimension Door - a blast of starlight surrounds the user before dissipating, only to flash into existence elsewhere, with the user in tow.
- Harmonious Aura: Once per day the wielder can wave the scepter, calming all creatures within a 20ft radius. (DC16 Cha) This use recharges at dawn every morning. (Calm Emotions Spell)
Proficiency with a Quarterstaff allows you to add your proficiency bonus to the attack roll for any attack you make with it.
This weapon has the following mastery property. To use this property, you must have a feature that lets you use it.
Topple. If you hit a creature with this weapon, you can force the creature to make a Constitution saving throw (DC 8 plus the ability modifier used to make the attack roll and your Proficiency Bonus). On a failed save, the creature has the Prone condition.
