+5 to one check using charisma or charisma saving throw once per long rest
When you hit a target with an attack or effect that targets one creature, an ethereal rope extends from the belt, encircling the target. The target must make a DC15 charisma save or become overcome by the music. A creature that fails the save is stunned until the start of your next turn. The belt cannot be used this way again until you have completed a long rest.
