This explosive device is an elongated keg filled with powder and shrapnel. As an action, you light its fuse, hold it over your shoulder, and fire it. All creatures in a 30 foot cone must make a DC 13 DEX saving throw, taking 5d6 piercing damage on a failed save or half as much on a successful one. 

The sound of the explosion can be heard up to a mile away, and it leaves you deafened for one minute.
