Wondrous Item, unknown rarity
A book of which only some wizards have possession of, some of them earned, some of them stole it, but all copies of this book are to be used by the wizards that belong from the community that wrote it. This book with more than 600 pages contains all known spells, and all of the information about them, gathered by a vast community of wizards, in which everyone shared their knowledge of every spell they have encountered and/or seen. Each book is fitted for each young wizard when given to them.
 This book grants every possible spell to the wizard in it's possession, via having all known spells inside of if, it can only be read by the members of a select few wizards that took part of in unique a school of wizarding.
If the wizard wants to use or learn a spell that wouldn't normally be in their arsenal, the wizard will need to over the course of a couple of days, read and understand the spell for a total of 16 hours, giving the user one level of exhaustion and using up 200 base gold pieces + 50 gold pieces per spell level. The spells added via this feature shall be added by the feat that has already been created, but they appear as always prepared, this, and any other spell that isn't prepared, can be "morally" added to your prepared spells, via the use of the magical binders that the book offers, you can permanently have these spells prepared, as long as you are attuned to the book.
Effects when attuned to the book: Using your magic power, the book draws magical properties.
The book acts as an enduring spellbook.
This book allows the user to have any 3 cantrips. (You need to add a feat called, "Spell book of Everything's extra spell features")
The book allows the player to place magical binders between the pages, letting you change any 3 spells/cantrips per long rest.
